July 1, 2026 Rate Increase

At Daniel Morgan Water District, our mission has always been to provide safe, reliable, and affordable water service to our community. As a non-profit orfanization, we work hard to keep costs as low as possible while maintaining the quality and infrastructure you depend on every day. Due to rising operational expenses - including the increasing cost of purchased water, maintenance, and regulatory compliance- a rate adjustment has become necessary. This increase will allow us to continue delivering dependable service and to invest in system improvements that benifit all customers. The new rates will take effect on July 1, 2026 and will be reflected in your billing statement thereafter. We remain committed to transparency and responsible stewardship of our resources.

Residential:

Minimum Rates 0-2000 Gallons  $33.00

2001-8000 Gallons               $7.43 Per 1000 Gallons

Over 8000 Gallons               $6.88 Per 1000 Gallons

Residential Shared Meters:

*Minimum Rates 0-2000 Gallons       $33.00 Per Unit

2001-8000 Gallons    $7.43 Per 1000 Gallons

Over 8000 Gallons   $6.88 Per 1000 Gallons

*Minimum per unit (Home, Mobile Home, ECT.)

Commercial (Businesses Only):

Minimum 0-2000 Gallons   $35.20

2001-8000 Gallons   $7.87 Per 1000 Gallons

Over 8000 Gallons   $7.43 Per 1000 Gallons

Rates for Commercial Master Meters as follows:

Minimum 0-2000 Gallons   $35.20

2001-8000 Gallons   $7.87 Per 1000

Over 8000 Gallons   $7.43 Per 1000

Master Meters: Cost of meter + Installation + 15%

Tap Fees: $2450.00

Application Fees: $150.00 Non-refundable

Non-payment Fees: $75.00 - Returned Check Fees: $45.00
